​Welcome to Rise and Shine Play Café! Our aim is to create a happy, safe, and relaxed space for little ones and their grown-ups. Please take a moment to read our booking policy before visiting.​
1.  Play Sessions & Supervision

• Our play areas are designed for children aged 0–5 years only, with a specific area for 0-24month olds.

• All children must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult (18+).

• Adults remain responsible for the care, safety, and behaviour of their children.

 2.  Booking & Arrival

• All sessions must be booked in advance.

• Sessions run in fixed time slots with limited capacity.

• Please arrive on time. Late arrivals are welcome, but sessions cannot be extended and missed time cannot be refunded.

3.  Payment

• Full payment is required at the time of booking.

• Prices and offers are shown at checkout and cannot be applied retrospectively

 
4. Cancellations & Changes

• Bookings can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the session start time.

• With at least 24 hours’ notice, you’ll receive a reschedule or booking credit.

• Cancellations within 24 hours or non-attendance are non-refundable.

5.  Illness

• For the safety and wellbeing of all, please do not attend if you or your child are unwell.

• We ask that children are 48 hours symptom-free following sickness, diarrhoea, or contagious illness before visiting.

6.  Food & Drink

• Food and drinks purchased on-site must be consumed in seating areas only.

• Outside food and drink is not permitted, except for baby food, formula, or specific dietary need

• We can’t guarantee an environment that is completely allergen-free, however but we will alw

7. Safety & Behaviour

• Socks must be worn in the play area at all times. Socks can be purchased at the check-in desk if required and shoes can be stores in the seat benches provided.

• Rough play or misuse of equipment is not allowed.

• We may ask families to leave if behaviour is unsafe or disruptive. Refunds cannot be given in these circumstances.

8. CCTV & Data Protection (GDPR)

• CCTV operates at all times throughout Rise and Shine Play Café for the purposes of safety, security, and safeguarding of children, customers, and staff.

• CCTV footage is recorded and processed in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

• Footage is stored securely, accessed only when necessary, and retained for a limited period.

• By entering the premises, you acknowledge that CCTV recording is in operation.

 
9. Changes & Closures

• We reserve the right to amend session times, prices, or this policy.

• If we need to cancel a session, you’ll be offered a refund or the option to rebook.

10. Social Media 

We may take photos during events for marketing purposes. If you’d prefer for you or your child not to be photographes, just let a team member know on arrival.
