Rules of Play
Rise and Shine Play Cafe is a cosy, intimate space for parents, carers, and little ones to relax and play together. While we offer a safe environment, our grown up guests remain responsible for their children at all times. Please follow our rules of play and check our Booking Policy and FAQs before your visit.
1
Supervision of children
Children must be supervised by their accompanying adult (18+) at all times. Adults remain responsible for the care, behaviour and safety of their children.

Shoes off, socks on!
Shoes must be removed and socks must be worn in the play area at all times to maintain optimum cleanliness and hygiene levels. Bench seating with cubby holes are provided next to our play zones to store your shoes during your visit.

No food and drink the play area
To maintain safety and hygiene levels, food and drinks must be consumed in seating areas only. Please clean up any spillages and alert a member of staff immediately if you need help.

No outside food is permitted
No outside food or drink is permitted in the cafe (except for baby food and formula).

No rough play
Rough play or misuse of equipment is not allowed. We reserve to right to ask families to leave if behaviour is unsafe or disruptive. Please alert a member of staff

No dogs allowed
As much as we love dogs and all furry friends, we cannot allow dogs into the cafe for safety and hygiene reasons.

Please report any incidents or concerns to staff immediately
